LA Times: Chaske is packing on muscle for Breaking Dawn
As alpha dog for the lupine gang, Spencer's character Sam Uley has to up his game in the muscle department for each installment, especially for the franchise's final film (or films?), "Breaking Dawn."
I caught up with Spencer making the rounds at "Access Hollywood's" Stuff You Must gift lounge in celebration of the Golden Globes. He's looking plenty worked out, but still took some tips from renowned celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.
"He wants to put more muscle mass on," Pasternak said of his chat with Spencer at New Balance's Fierce Trax booth.
"Looking big and muscular on screen isn't about being big, it's about symmetry, definition and proportion."
Pasternak, who trained Robert Pattinson on the first film and the recent juggernaut "New Moon," advised Spencer to avoid typical "beach muscles" like his biceps and chest. Instead, he told the 34-year-old to focus on the upper back to create a burly neckline and narrow "shoulder-to-waist ratio."
We're sure his efforts will be handsomely displayed when "Breaking Dawn" begins shooting this fall. Meanwhile, the young man faces rampant promotion this June for "Eclipse" and is already dreading inquires about his maybe-dating costars Pattinson and Kristen Stewart...
... the actor told me what everyone seems to be saying: We know nada!
"Rob's a great guy; we hung out a few times on the set of 'New Moon,' but he's not really in it. I've got a lot of scenes with Kristen, who is a strong and intelligent actress," Spencer said.
But are they a couple?!
The werewolf simply shrugged his shoulders. At least he's starting his workout.

4tnz's Exclusive Interview with Tyson

Our good friend Heidi Bennett from The Official Twilight Facebook Page got to chat with Tyson Houseman, who plays Quil Atera in the Twilight Saga (the "shy guy" who gets bashful around Bella and is one of Jacob's BFFs). Hear what he has to howl about!
Q: Do you have a lot of scenes with Taylor Lautner in Eclipse?
A: I had a few scenes with Taylor, and he was really fun to work with. It was great having the opportunity to work with actors who have been doing it for a long time; it really helped with my own work.
Q: Before you were announced as an official cast member for the series, you were spotted with co-stars on the streets of Vancouver. Was that your first encounter with the paparazzi?
A: Yes, that was my first. It was an eerie feeling that they were actually there to take pictures of me, and of the rest of the guys. It gave me a taste of what being apart of this phenomenon would be like.
Q: In the fan community, there are two traits that are typically assigned to you - shyness and intelligence. Do you agree with that? Why or why not?
A: Well I’m flattered about the intelligence part! I guess I am probably a bit of a shy person when first meeting people, but once you get to know me I can be quite outgoing. At least, that’s what I’ve been told.
Q: I understand you're an artist and a photographer and that this is your real passion. Can you tell me a little bit more about that and why you decided to take up acting for this series and whether you'll continue on?
A: I've been drawing and painting since I was a little kid. Art is an extremely important part of my life. I see art everywhere and in everything. I think that’s why I also enjoy photography so much, because I can find a certain type of beauty in everything that I see, and I need to capture that beauty. Acting is an art and it is also something I really enjoy. As long as I am pursing an art and growing as an artist, then I’m happy.
Q: You've said that the wolfpack are currently some of your best friends. How would you describe each of them in one word?
A: Chaske – Sensible. Kiowa – Witty. Alex – Devoted. Bronson – Funny.
Q: Where can fans go to enjoy your artwork? Will you set up a Twitter and webpage?
A: I am currently in the works of setting up a website for my artwork and photography, and it should be up soon. I don’t have any Twitters, Myspace or Facebook yet, but once I set up the website then those will follow.

Taylor is Highest Paid Teen Actor!

Source:DeadHollywood
I've just learned that Taylor Lautner is now being paid per ab. That's right, the 17-year-old co-star of the Twilight Saga franchise who's famous for his buff physique that is making girls scream when he takes off his shirt in New Moon, is getting $7.5 million for his next pic. It's called Northern Lights, a Tom Cruise vehicle to be directed by John Moore (Max Payne) with a start date of April 1st. The logline says the pic is about "a gifted, young, aerobatics pilot who faces off with his controlling, billionaire father and falls in love with a gifted, female pilot). It's being made by David Ellison's new company Skydance Productions, and Paramount has a first look at his development. That shitload of money negotiated by WME now makes Taylor Lautner into the highest paid Hollywood teenage actor around. (I'm told that neither Zac Efron nor Miley Cyrus have ever gotten a salary even close to that for their films. Amazing!) So the question is whether Paramount, which is in the Taylor Lautner business in a big way with the recently announced Max Steel, will pony up an even huger salary for the teen who'll be starring as the title lead in their own upcoming blockbuster.

Breaking News: Fantasy Twilight Tour Cancelled
I've just received an email stating that all the stops have been canceled. I will copy what was said in my email here so everyone knows BUT if anyone needs ANY assistance with this I can try and help you as best as possible. I do not work for them but I have been in contact with them since purchasing my tickets for Baltimore back in August.
My email was as follows (copied straight from my account):
"It is with great regret that I send you this email. As of today, January 2, 2010, Super Twilight Conventions, LLC (host of The Fantasy Twi-Life Tour) has ceased operations as a company.
There are a number of reasons for the failure of the company, the chief one being the unfortunate circumstances that befell us during our show this past month in Fort Lauderdale, FL. If you are unaware, the original host hotel forced us out at the last minute (2 days prior to event) to make room for a wedding - leaving us with 2 options, (1) cancelling the event two days before show time or (2) finding a suitable replacement venue. We opted for a replacement venue, which ended up costing 3x what the original venue was supposed to cost us. In addition, the original hotel promised to direct attendees to the new hotel (and even signed a new contract stating they would). As with the first contract, they ignored their commitments and told hundreds of attendees that the show was cancelled and to go home. Following the crushing losses we sustained that weekend, we have attempted to work out a plan on how to best go forward, including a smaller tour schedule, scaled down events etc... but in the end, the financial loss we suffered makes going forward very difficult.
In addition, another important event has occurred since we first started planning our tour. At the time of our inception, there was no "official" Twilight convention in existence. That fact has since changed, as Creation Entertainment has teamed up with Summit (the producers of Twilight and New Moon) to put on officially sanctioned Twilight conventions. Since there is now an "official" Twilight convention tour, it makes our tour superfluous.
That being said, we have been in contact with Creation Entertainment over the last several weeks, and they have been very generous to help us relocate ticket holders such as yourself who are affected by our closure. We have arranged to swap the tickets you have purchased for one of our events to one of theirs. You currently have tickets for our Baltimore event scheduled for Feb. 5-7. The most logical switch would be to Creation's Arlington, VA event, however you can choose one of their other events if you wish
A full list of Creation's Twilight events may be found at http://www.creationent.com/twilight/index.htm
If you need any help figuring out where you want to transfer to, or have any questions about Creation please feel free to contact me directly and I will assist you. In order to swap your tickets, you just need to let me know by Sunday, January 17 at 6pm. At which time we will hand your information over to Creation so that they may process your order. Please be aware that Creation is not affiliated with our tour at all and never has been... they're just being awesome in trying to help out our attendees and us during this difficult time. Any dollar you spent with us will be matched dollar for dollar by Creation as part of this arrangement. Creation is a great company that's been around over 30 years and you can expect a great show from them.
Should you not wish to attend one of Creation's "official" Twilight events and want a refund for tickets purchased, here's the deal. The company is broke...plain and simple. We suffered enormous losses this past month, and it will be impossible for the company to ever recover from them. So we are asking that you consider exchanging your tickets with us for tickets with Creation, especially if you are in close geographic proximity to one of their events. If that still doesn't work for you, I will attempt to refund you personally - as the company no longer exists or has any assets. Please be aware that this may take some time.. but I'm a convention attendee too, and I don't want anyone to feel that they've been ripped off. Should you wish to get a refund, I will work as quickly as possible to take care of you, but understand this process may take up to 180 days (six months), as (not to sound like a broken record) the company is broke... and any and all refunds will be coming from me personally. Again, I want to make sure each and every ticket holder is taken care of, so if you have any questions, please email me (anytime) or call me (between the hours of 10am and 6pm eastern)."
Let's recap! What are Pink Paws?
Be creative and make it your own! Wave them around loud and proud! Wouldn't it be great to have a sea or a row of paws at a convention or most importantly the Eclipse Red Carpet Premiere? Make those vamps jealous!
What are you waiting for? Spread the word about the paws! When you get back, tell us your encounter with them. If you want to give it to the guys, take a pic of the paw beforehand. You can probably take pics with them in your photo-ops! I will do that when I go to the convention in March.
Lastly, for ever paw made, I will donate $1 to Pink Paws For Life. Pink Paws for life is a charitable foundation dedicated to finding a cure for pet cancers. We are not affiliated, I didn't know they existed until way after I started this blog.
The paws have been to a couple events so far. And the guys have loved it. The first encounter was in Chicago.
And we can't forget the epic shoutouts from Bronson on his facebook.
